Pineapple Peach Salsa

Ingredients

1 peach (firm)

1 c diced pineapple

2 roma tomatoes

1 small red onion

1 red or orange bell pepper

1/2 lemon

1 lime

1 tsp coarse salt

5 basil leaves chopped

Directions

  1. Dice peach, pineapple, onion, bell pepper and place in bowl.

  2. Cut tomatoes in half and remove seeds. Then dice tomatoes and add to bowl.

  3. Squeeze the juice from both the lemon and lime into bowl and thoroughly toss.

  4. Chop basil leaves and add salt. If desired add cilantro.

May be served as a dipping salsa with chips, as a topping for fish, a side dish served with avocado.
