Berry Brunch

Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
2 Cups Quinoa
1 Cup Dried Cranberries
1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
1 Apple
1 Lemon
Instructions:
Add 2 cups quinoa to boiling water and cook for 7-10 minutes.
While quinoa is boiling chop apple.
Add chopped apple, washed blueberries, dried cranberries to a bowl. Slice lemon and squeeze fresh lemon juice onto fruit. Mix all together.
Drain quinoa and rinse under cold water.
Add cooled quinoa to fruit mixture and toss together.
Notes:
Add any fruits of your liking to your Berry Brunch!
